Challenges

One mobile operator in South East Asia was looking at extracting transactional information from the core networks for voice and data and transforming them into meaningful service quality information and customer experience information over 2G and 3G networks.

 

Solutions

GlobeOSS was selected to deploy the whole country's data extraction for 3G and 2G wireless network. The solution extracts 15TB/day of transactional data in real-time, and turns them into operational data for network troubleshooting, service monitoring and customer experience management.

The mobile operator has the ability to reduce the trouble-shooting time significantly and the same time be able to manage the subscribers from network, handsets, locations, services and applications perspective. Subsequent engagements enables the  operator to monetize the transactional data for business.
