One leading Telco were looking at ways to migrate the walk-in customers to on-line customers in order to provide better reliable services at lower cost. New portal was set-up to address those goals. At the same time there was a need to test and measure the performance of the portal.



GlobeOSS STORM Service was engaged to analyze one of the leading Telco online services - assuring the reliability of balance checking and online bill payment over 3 screens (mobile, tablet and web).



Virtual customer service experience was simulated, measured and analyzed for performance improvement. The reliability of the Telco online portal was tested and assured.
