Support Engineer

Location: Shah Alam
Job Responsibilities

Perform technical implementation for PS core network, GSM/UMTS/LTE/IP and CS core network monitoring system such as on-site survey, installation, commissioning and maintenance.

Provide post-implementation technical support to customers through on-site or remote trouble-shooting.

Work closely with customer to provide technical solution and technical analysis on customer’s network mainly on PS Core and IP network.
Requirements
-
Diploma/Degree or above majoring in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunications) or equivalent.

Posses knowledge in telecommunications technologies.

Possess knowledge of networking

Posses knowledge in UNIX, LINUX or SUN Solaris Operating Systems.

Possess Oracle, MySQL, PL/SQL or other databases skills.

Possess knowledge of Apache, Tomcat, Eclipse or other technical tools.
