Support and Delivery Engineer

Location: Shah Alam

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing high-quality technical support during pre and post solution implementation.

  • Involved in various phases of a project delivery cycle including on-site survey, hardware installation, software installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

  • Able to write and debug common scripts/program such as Awk script, Shell script, Java, Phyton, C++ language, and etc.

  • Willing to work extra hours to meet project timeline and able to work on 24 x 7 stand-by on rotation basis.



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Information System, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications) or related field.

  • 1 years’ experience in a customer facing or customer support role with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving of complex technical issues involving multiple technologies in a team environment

  • Experience with systems installation, configuration and administration of routers/switches, UNIX/Linux, and Windows-based systems.

  • Demonstrated understanding of networking and core Internet protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks).

  • Fresh graduates with keen learning aptitudes and strong passion are welcome to apply.


  • Possess knowledge in telecommunications technologies.

  • Some understanding of UNIX/LINUX operating systems, via command line.

  • Cloud computing.

  • Understanding of basic networking principles.

  • Good scripting knowledge (Awk script, Perl script, Shell script), C++ programming and other programming skills (Java and Phyton) would be advantageous

  • Possess database knowledge in Oracle, MySQL and PL/SQL.
