The project aims to establish a full-blown Network Operations Center (NOC) and Telco services for MCMC Malaysia. The NOC will provide service assurance, fault management, performance management, and service desk services. The project will also deploy relevant processes for incident management, problem management, change management, and configuration management. Scope:

The scope of the project includes the following:

  • Design and implementation of a full-blown NOC to provide service assurance, fault management, performance management, and service desk services.

  • Integration of the NOC with multiple Telcos' networks and regulatory systems.

  • Provision of 24x7x365 NOC services for the Malaysian Telcos.

  • Ongoing maintenance and support services for the NOC.

Solution:

The NOC solution provided by GlobeOSS as a managed service includes the following features:
